It's an illusion to think that a 2-3 hour style consultation will lead to a complete transformation. I'm convinced that a coaching process is necessary, where you consciously explore your identity, personality, and style, and then highlight them through your clothing choices.

 Is it fashionable AND stylish?

 Is it timeless yet still interesting?

 Does it match my color harmony?

 Is it harmonious with my body shape?

 Does it fit my desired effect?

 Does it fit my age?

 How can I look competent, regardless of my age?

 What do I need to pay attention to as I get older, without looking outdated and boring?

 

For your personal style signature, it's essential to remember that you don't need to keep up with the latest fashion trends.

 

Instead, you should know and understand your body shape and not only accept it, but embrace it including its so-called problem areas. The better you "hide" these areas and draw attention to your best features, especially your face, the fresher and more interesting you'll look. This applies to any age, weight, or life situation.

Here are some practical tips to help you feel more confident and stylish:

 

 Choose monochromatic or tone-on-tone colors

 Soft, blurred patterns can also work well

 Use the darkest color on your strongest feature

 Avoid bright colors on areas you don't want to draw attention to

 Create a color line to create a lengthening effect

 Emphasize the body part you want to highlight

 Most importantly, emphasize your face! That's where your personality shines through!
