For over 20 years she was trapped and crippled by her fear. After this coaching plan, after only 5 months, she now is free and ready to write a whole new chapter of her life.

As #risewithstyle.coach I am passionate and committed to empowering Christian women to transform their lives from the inside out. Through a holistic approach that addresses both the mind and body, I guide them in reclaiming their dreams, as well as their health and beauty. By helping them break free from limiting beliefs and cultivating a renewed mindset, I empower them to unlock their unique God-given potential.
Do you know what the biggest obstacles are that cripple and imprison us, so to speak?
♦FEAR of failure!
We are afraid that we won´t be good enough, as a result we will be rejected. We lack of confidence and self-worth.
♦FEAR of rejection!
What will people think and say? What if they'll reject us then if I am not good enough? What if....?
♥ Stop self-sabotaging yourself. You are a precious creation of God. It doesn't do the world any good to act small. There's nothing enlightened about minimizing yourself and keep hiding in your comfort zone. Our mission is to be light and to shine for Christ. We were purpose is to stand out and to display the glory of God that is within us.
This glory is not just in some of us; it is in each of us. Remember, when we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. Do you want to deny them this privilege? This is not only selfish, but also harmful and destructive: for yourself and for those who you deny the chance to be touched by your light!
♥What can be concrete steps to get out of this self-destructive cycle?
♦Understand WHO God is!
♦Understand WHO you are in His eyes and what your unique mission and your God-given vision is!
♦Develop concrete steps to implement them (your action plan)!
♦Keep persistent and persevering until you reach your goal!
