The purpose of this coaching plan is to stop the grinding and start doing business with grace instead:
►Design your BUSINESS WITH God, instead of FOR God!
Get “God results” instead of “good results”.
The economics of the world are vastly different from the economics of heaven. As a Royal Entrepreneur, you have access to the unlimited supply of heaven to provide everything that you need to do what God has called you to do. In the world of entrepreneurship “hustle and grind” is celebrated as a way of life. This is a mindset of “I have to do all the hard work on my own”.
This shouldn´t be your testimony and it doesn´t have to be. There is a better way to do business: Doing it WITH Jesus as our heavenly CEO! We are called to work from a place of friendship instead of “servanthood”. Jesus has lifted us to a much higher position, calling us HIS friends and not His servants.
I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. (Joh 15;15 NIV)
In this coaching plan "ROYAL Business" we want to discover God's master plan not only for our lives, but for our business and build it on the heavenly recipe for success according to Matthew 6:33. What does it mean in practice to "seek first HIS Kingdom"?
♦The goal of this coaching process is to understand more and more your true identity and that of your business. How can you align your dreams and deep desires with God's dreams for you and your company? The vision you have developed, together with your personality (story, talents, skills), passion (deep longing burning in you) and your spiritual gifts become your mission statement for you and your business.
♦Everyone wants success, progress, advancement, ...in life and in business. But success, no matter in which area, never happens by chance. Real success is not the result of more effort and even more drudgery, speak grinding it out. Real success is work in the unforce rhythm of rest and grace. It refers to a harmonious natural flow in your work through God´s supernatural empowerment and grace.
♦Our own struggling and grinding is NEVER God's best idea for our lives and our businesses. Only when we learn to plan this process WITH God and take the steps we will experience true success in all areas of our lives, and of course in our business. Then “God's results” will appear and not just "good" ones.
Exploring the Coaching Process
Practical steps:
#1 step: Understand who God is and what His Kingdom is about.
#2 step: Understand your true identity and align your thoughts, desires and goals with God's Kingdom purposes according to the principle of Matt 6:33.
#3 step: Become unstoppable by partnering with God understanding that He has a master plan designed for you from before He created the universe. (See Eph 1:4; Eph 2:10 and Eph 3:20)
#4 Step: Tap into God´s supernatural ream by “walking worthy of your high calling...” (Eph 4:1) Every person has a personal message, a purpose for this world, a mission so to speak, which is based on the vision that God has for your life. How can you live this mission through your business? What is your plan of action?
#5 step: Start dreaming and unlock “God results”. Trust that heaven has a blueprint for your business and accept the fact that God is interested in your progress and your success, always for His honor and glory and for the edification of the Kingdom. Therefore, learn to plan WITH your heavenly CEO and entrust your plans to HIM and give HIM your burden(s). When you start doing the steps, your intentions, ideas and plans will be determined and perfected by God while walking it out WITH Him. He can´t guide a “parked car”! You´ll learn to act in accordance with the spirit of Christ for your life and your business. That gives you an unfair advantage. You have the heavenly “Board of Directors” on your side guiding you with insight, wisdom, creativity, open doors, etc.
#6 Step: Develop Kingdom culture and count on the “grace” factor and leave a legacy. Grace, divine favor, brings both spiritual and material benefits. It brings influence, divine appointments, divine connections, promotion, unusual preferential treatment form people, sudden breakthroughs, financial freedom, redemption from missed opportunities, and so on.
Divine empowerment and grace enable you to BE successful for His kingdom by doing WHAT God has called me to do, even to do MORE than I could ever do alone and thus build a legacy for future generations.
This coaching plan includes 30 coaching sessions apart from the bonus of developing your personal vision for your life and business. My hope is that you will accept the invitation from Abba, our heavenly Father, to transform the way you work so you can experience HIS best for you – the Ephesians 3:20 type of best, which is more than you could ask or even imagine.
